General description (or Mission Statement): VAST Network is an outreach ministry of One Faith Ministries providing consulting, resources, services, training, and a cover school dedicated to advance abilities and enable parents and their special needs children to find their full potential in a home education environment.
Requirements: Parents will be taught how to develop a program plan for their child. Each year parents will provide a copy of the program plan. Attendance reports are due monthly. Progress reporting may be required for 'at risk' or new families. We welcome single parents, working parents, and family members other than parents being the main teacher/caregiver.
Fees: $250 per family
Services: Special needs support group, lending library, online newsletter, special field trips, diplomas, transcripts, dual enrollment with Calhoun College, Parent training and consulting available.
Additional Info: VAST Network only covers families with special needs children. We cover the entire family even if the family has only one special needs child.
