    General description (or Mission Statement):
    The purposes of the Precept Christian School are the following:

    • To allow parents to assume responsibility for the academic, social, and spiritual growth of their children;
    • To support families in this endeavor through dissemination of information and interaction;
    • To promote an accurate perception of home education as a viable and successful educational option;
    • To promote the highest educational standards without compromising or denying the role of any person’s faith.

    Requirements:
    The Precept Christian School requires:

    • Annual membership fee per family plus per enrolled child.
    • Completed Church School Enrollment Form provided by the Precept Christian School.
    • Completed Admission Agreement provided by Precept Christian School.
    • IEP, Progress, attendance, & end-of-year reports submitted on time via email or postal mail.
    • Annual membership with HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association)
    • Keep Precept Christian School immediately informed of any changes to residency status, enrollment decisions, work schedule, address, telephone, or email contact information.
    • We agree that the primary educator will not be employed outside the home during weekday morning hours, and school-age children will not be left unsupervised between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
    • Your membership is dependent on following through responsibly with these requirements.
